Stigma can make it harder for girls to ask questions or seek help. The model includes age-appropriate learning, private questions, discreet supplies, and guidance on finding support.

Designed to include

  • Clear, age-appropriate information about periods and body literacy
  • Respectful conversation that makes room for private questions
  • Discreet access to supplies and guidance on where to seek support

Knowledge and trust support informed choices and confident participation in learning and leadership.

Voice & Leadership

The model

Support girls to express ideas, make choices, and shape what matters to them.

The model helps girls practise communication, collaboration, and decision-making, with time for reflection on their goals.

Designed to include

  • Guided group conversation and listening
  • Team-based activities for communication and problem-solving
  • Reflection on personal interests, goals, and next steps

Knowledge and wellbeing help girls use their voice and lead.
